Steamboat Festival: Day 2 (Saturday)

Celebrate the 125th anniversary of Steamship Sir Walter Scott, with a weekend of special cruises and family fun at Trossachs Pier.

For day 2 (Saturday) of the festival you can enjoy:

  • Special Steamship cruises recreating the first sailing in 1900 as told by Captain MacKinnon, the Steamer’s first captain.

  • Regular Family Fun Pirate Sailings on the Rob Roy Smuggler on 7th & 8th June.

  • Displays of remote-controlled Clyde built steamships on the bay.

  • A flotilla of Classic Steamboats & Steam Launches

  • Face Painting & Treasure Hunt

  • Enjoy traditional fun games with costumed actors

  • Stalls, model ship displays & music

  • Food & drink tastings

  • Central FM broadcasting live from 10am–2pm
